Fonzi AI is a Brooklyn-based talent marketplace that matches pre-vetted AI, ML, backend and full-stack engineers with AI startups and high-growth tech companies. Through recurring Match Day hiring events, companies send interview requests to matched engineers with salary and equity shown upfront, and Fonzi charges employers a success fee only when a hire is made. It is backed by Lightspeed and built by the team behind Kumospace.
